1. Can You Ship To My Country 

International free shipping for normal products ; Free of shipping and tax for products stored in warehouse ; Only applicable to buyers in the country in which the warehouse is located. (In very rare remote areas, additional shipping charges may be added.)
Free shipping + Countries Free from Parcel Tax: United States, Japan, Mexico. (Note: Mexican buyers are required to provide a sanitary import license to customs otherwise the sex doll will not be able to enter the country)
Free shipping + Countries Free from Parcel Tax Under Certain Conditions: EU countries, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia. (Note: If you choose to have the import parcel tax covered by seller, delivery periods takes double as long. If you pay your own tax, the purchaser will be required to provide proof of purchase and payment amount to your local customs.)
Free shipping + Countries that have Parcel Tax: United Kingdom, Norway.
Free shipping + But require buyer to clear customs: South American countries, India, Indonesia, South Africa, South Korea.
No-sale Areas: Islamic countries in the Middle East, Turkey.
Shipping to Southeast Asian Countries: Air Shipping Double Clearance Tax: Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Singapore, Malaysia. Sea Shipping Double Clearance Tax: Indonesia. (Southeast Asian Countries that cannot be paid by credit card: Since the market in the above-mentioned Southeast Asian countries is regulated by banks in the transaction of adult products, payment by credit card is not supported for the time being. It is recommended to use Paypal for payment. The order status will be changed to Processing after Paypal confirmation by the transaction screenshot you send.)

 

2. Transit time 

USA & Canada: 7 to 12 days
European Union: 5 to 8 weeks
Japan, Singapore, Taiwan: 5 to 8 days
UK, Norway, Switzerland: 10 to 15 days
Australia, Romania: 10 to 15 days ($100 to $300 extra shipping fees)
New Zealand, Israel, Turkey: 10 to 25 days ($100 to $300 extra shipping fees)
Chili, South Africa: 10 to 25 days (at least $300 extra shipping fees)
Delivery time from Manufacturer: 3-4 weeks
Delivery time from Warehouse(only USA): 3-7 days

 

 3. Cancel oder, return. 

Order Cancellations:
The following rates for cancellation and restocking fees apply based on when you notify us of this request:
  • Cancellation requests within 8 hours are entitled to a full refund.
  • Cancellation requests after 8 hours, please be sure to contact with online customer service. If the product has been produced or shipped, the refund is subject to production and transportation fees. If the product has not been produced or shipped, you are entitled to a full refund.
Refunds are returned via the original payment method.
For example, if you paid by credit card, the amount will be returned directly to that card. The same applies to all other payment methods.
About Return:
If you receive the product and find quality problems or damage caused by shipping etc., you may the apply for cashback compensation or a full refund and return, depending on the severity of the problem.
As the product involves personal health and personal needs, please note that the return period is within one week after receiving the goods. After one week, we will not accept any refund request.
Please note:As the product is a very personal object, used products (having sex) can not be returned. If the doll has quality problems, please do not use the product and contact us( customer_service@lluvzdoll.com )in time.
About non-quality issue-return:
  • Customized products(Such as changing wigs, planting hair, changing skin color, etc) can not be sold twice, so the product can not be returned for Personal reason. Please consult customer service in detail before purchasing.
  • Do not use the product and make sure the package is intact.Contact our customer service, and we will give you the return address. 

 

4. Do I Need to Pay for Import Duty or any Other Fees?

Except the United States, please contact us before placing an order in other countries. We need to determine whether you need to pay other fees according to your country.
